Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Architecture: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture + registration with Council of Architecture.
- Civil Engineering: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Electronics: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
- Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics OR MCA.
👉 Candidates must have a valid GATE score in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 27 years (as on 27.09.2025)
- SC/ST – 5 years relaxation
- OBC (NCL) – 3 years relaxation
- PWD – 10 years relaxation
- Ex-servicemen / AAI employees – as per rules
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Junior Executive (E-1 level) with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – 1,40,000.
💰 Approximate CTC: ₹13 Lakh per annum, including Dearness Allowance, HRA, Perks (35% of Basic Pay), CPF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, etc.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on valid GATE scores (equal weightage for 2023, 2024 & 2025).
- Application Verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Final merit list prepared as per GATE score & eligibility verification.
- Electronics candidates will undergo 6 months training + execute a ₹7 Lakh bond for 3 years of service post-training.
